NEW STUDIO FEATURES
A summary of the last 30 days
- As October was getting underway we started looking over the early feedback that was coming in from our survey. From that feedback we started a to do list and a wish list of items for the studio. When we looked over the list we decided to try and scratch a few things off as a way to get ahead of changes we want to make in 2020. Listed below you will find a listing of all the things we did during the month of October.
FLOORING
Additional Floors
- One of the easiest items from the survey responses to handle was the requests we recieved to have more flooring options. After a bit of looking at different options we found a couple of fun options to add to the studio. With the addition of 4 floor options we also needed a way to store and organize them. So we also built a new flooring storage area. Below you can find a gallery of all the flooring options. Under each image is a description of the flooring sizes and the sets they best fit with.

BACKDROPS
More Options for Set #2
- We stretched a couple more fabric walls this month to bring the total number to 12. These walls for set #2 can be swapped out in minutes. While reading the survey we realized that a lot of people didn't realize how many options for this set were available so we made the gallery you see below. We also hung a sign in studio that showcases all of the backdrops for easy selection in studio.

WEBSITE UPDATES
New Gallery Pages
- One big thing became clear through the survey that needed to be addressed immediately. A lot of respondents didn't know how many options our sets had. To fix this we created some in studio signage and began updating the website galleries. All 3 galleries (Studio, Set & Props) got complete redesigns along with new content and updated images.
- The Studio Gallery got updated images of the studio space and makeup rooms, but we also added pictures of the newly expanded wardrobe closet. We also added a new 360 image of the studio space so you can navigate the studio floor via VR. We also added overview images of our lighting equipment. The images do not show everything but they do show you an overview of what you will find in the studio.
- The Set Gallery got a total refresh. Instead of being just a basic gallery of images from the studio space it is now a detailed look at each of the sets along with a description of each one's options.There is also a gallery of studio floor options. Each floor picture has a description of the sizes of each floor along with a recommended list of sets to use it with.
- The Prop Gallery is not yet 100% complete but almost all of our available props and furniture are pictured. It also got broken down into 3 sections: Furniture, Holiday & Misc. Each section has a breakdown of the featured props we have in the studio in each category.
QUEEN SIZED BED
New option for set #3
- Probably the single most requested addition to the studio over the last 2 years has been a bed. We've always been hesitant about adding it for various reasons; the main one being space and how large a bed is. Since we updated set #3 to make the tub moveable we now had an option to make the bed a reality. With a little ingenuity we figured out a way to make the bed a reality.
