NEW POLICY CHANGES
- Unfortunately due to some recent scheduling issues we are making a few policy changes in regards to last minute scheduling and our cancellation policy. Because we are by appointment and a small family owned & operated studio we must make these changes out of respect for our time and other clients who may miss the opportunity to fill that canceled time slots.
- The new policy changes are listed below:
LAST MINUTE SCHEDULING
- Appointments made within 24 hours of the start time must be made over the phone. These appointments require the full balance be paid over the phone via credit/debit card when scheduling. The payment is non-refundable should there be a cancellation or no-call/no-show.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you must contact us directly. Any appointment canceled without a full 48 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. All No Call / No Show appointments will be billed for the full cost of the appointment.
